Great agency with helpful stuff. Anytime I needed help or I had maintenance issue, they sorted it out almost immediately. I’ve ordered bed for my new flat in the morning the beds were there in the afternoon. It’s so helpful when you deal with an agency who’s are taking care of their tenants. Also when you reach out them they will reply emails very quick not like other agencies you have to wait days for their response if you lucky enough. So overall I had good experience.
We rented with Regions estates for over 6 years, we didn't fully appreciate at the time how great they are, until we moved and had a new agency. Rodger Andrews is fantastic, really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was always happy and smiley and quick to respond to our emails. Any issues with the property were dealt with really quickly.
