I have used Annie's Dry Cleaning for over 12 years and would never use a different Dry Cleaning Service. The quality of the cleaning is consistently superb with each piece of clothing pressed perfectly, (including delicate fabric & silk). The owner and staff (in particular, Monica) are extremely pleasant and deliver a high level of customer service. They always make every effort possible to accommodate any request . I used Annies dry cleaning for a large washing order. Annies was very efficient and allowed us to set a date to collect our laundry after we returned from holiday. I gave 2 suits to be dry cleaned here last week. When I got to the shop I realised I forgot one pair of trousers. I was told to either take everything back and bring it back together, or to leave the garments with them and bring the missing trousers. I decided to leave the garments and dropped off the missing trousers a short while after. When I picked up my garments I was unnecessarily CHARGED EXTRA as I was told I had one suit, one blazer and one trouser?! I was told this is because it had been put in the system this way because I came back later (even though I was told to do this!) I explained that I was told to leave my garments with them but the lady was so rude and defensive and wasn't accepting what I was saying... When I got home, I realised one pair of trousers was missing! I called but no one answered, so had to go back the following day to enquire about the missing trouser. I was accused of LYING and that I must have taken the trouser. Then I was told that I must've left it on the counter. When she checked the system- they had put it on a different ticket and I was given my trousers. I was OVERCHARGED for no reason, and on top of this spoken to so rudely and defensively and made to look like a liar. On top of this I was offered no apology or no refund of the extra amount I paid. After 20 years of going here I shall be taking my custom somewhere else.
