I took a wool stuffed pillow in to be dry cleaned. It came back ruined and they said they washed it as they couldn't dry clean pillows. It said 'dry clean only'on the label hence why I took it to a dry cleaners. I also had a blanket which they told me up front they couldn't dry clean and told me to use my washing machine at home instead. Confused as to why they didn't tell me to wash the pillow at home too if they weren't going to dry clean it! All in all it cost me £45 to replace the pillow and wasted about an hour of my time. I d not recommend Crystal Dry Cleaners.
These guys are legends. I left my stuff with them and forgot about it over covid, and they actually kept it for me as it was my wedding dress. Thanks guys!
